  1. A standard site visit/inspection fee applies and is non-refundable.
  2. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit; cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the advance.
  3. Visit includes inspection, measurement, consultation based on client requirements. Any additional design/consultancy is billed separately.
  4. The site visit fee is valid only for the specified date and time slot.
  5. A visit is considered confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged by Luksara Decor.
